TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Introduction
Buyer accepts Terms and conditions of company Monete (the seller) by sending written or electronic order. The relationship between seller and buyer is fully governed by this document, which is binding on both parties, unless it’s otherwise specified in the contract. Terms and conditions defines and specifies the rights and obligations of the seller and the buyer. Purchasing goods through the pages www.eurocoinsshop.eu or e-mail order constitutes an electronic order. The current version of Terms and conditions and the contents of the purchase agreement (the supply of goods) together represents electronic order. Terms and conditions are available in electronic form on the website www.eurocoinsshop.eu.
2. The contract
The contract of sale the items in the sales contract - Order (hereinafter Products). All parameters of goods are non-binding data, unless they are expressly mentioned in the contract as binding.
The seller undertakes to supply their buyers:
- Flawless goods in accordance with the published specifications for site
- The goods comply with those usual for the type of goods - goods comply with the standards, rules and regulations in force in Slovak Republic.
3. Ordering the Product
Condition of the electronic order is up on the website www.eurocoinsshop.eu and subsequent completion of all prescribed data. After successfully completing and submitting the electronic order, e-shop will automatically generate a certificate of designation orders into the system and send it to the email address of the buyer. This certificate is not the final confirmation of availability of goods in stock. Please always check date of emission of coins to make difference between order and preorder.
4. Payment for goods
All product prices in the online store www.eurocoinsshop.eu are final prices including VAT and other charges and are valid at the time of order. The price of products can not be changed except of additional shipping costs.
The purchase price is deemed to be paid after receiving the full purchase price as a single installment or paid in cash. Seller reserves title to the goods until full payment of the purchase price.
Invoice issued under the purchase contract between buyer and seller at the same time tax document. Taxable transaction is the date of the invoice.
Online shop www.eurocoinsshop.eu offers the possibility of payment of the order on delivery, bank transfer company, PayPal respectively. There are no additional costs dedicated to payment types..
5. Delivery time
Delivery time begins to run from the date of receipt of a binding order to the Seller. If all ordered products are in stock, the seller undertakes to surrender it to the carrier within 3 working days. Delivery time may be extended if the delay is caused by force majeureor circumstances, not caused by the Seller (delay on the part of the post or courier company).
If the goods are not in stock, the Seller must notify the Buyer within 1 business day about the expected delivery date. In case of disagreement the Buyer with a new delivery date, the Buyer can cancel the contract and the Seller is required to return the price paid for the order within 15 days.

6. Delivery of order
The preferred method of delivering the order is by post office or courier company. Personal collection is necessary to agree in advance – in this case the Buyer is obliged to submit proof of full payment of the order to the Seller or pay in cash at the place of delivery. Delivering order to 3rd person is not possible.
E-shop www.eurocoinsshop.eu offers the following delivery method:
- Shipments weighing up to 1 kg and the value of 500 €, Slovak sending mail as a valuable list of special security cover insurance for 100% of its value.
- Consignments weighing more than 1 kg and the value of € 500 to € 2,500, sending courier UPS, insured for 100% of its value.
Liability for loss, damage or decrease of the carrier takes up to the declared value under the provisions of § 769 et seq. Act no. 40/1964 Coll. Civil Code.
7. Complaints procedure
The warranty period starts from the date of delivery by the purchaser or end-users in the sale. Seller warrants the quality and completeness of delivery. Product comes with a guarantee of 24 months.
If the Buyer finds any errors, reports this fact in written form by mail without any delay. Continuous use of the goods can cause deepening defects depreciation of the goods and may result in rejection of the claim. Merchandise must be complete, clean, dry and hygienic. The claim can be rejected also in case of changed characteristics of goods, which arose during the warranty period due to improper use, improper storage, improper interference or when the goods are worn under the rye its value. In case of second-hand products, can not be regarded as a defect wear, which already had the goods on receipt by the Buyer.
Seller is not responsible for the delayed delivery and / or damage to goods caused by carrier (mail, courier), or for late delivery of goods caused by incorrect data provision and address of the consignee.
In the case of returning faulty goods to the seller, must contain the consignment complaint letter containing a delivery date, product name, price, amount, error description and proposal for the complaint. In the complaint it is necessary to prove that the goods were purchased in e-shop www.eurocoinsshop.eu.
Complaint shall bear the cost of returning the goods to the seller, the buyer. In the case of recognition of the claim the Seller shall bear the cost of shipment of a repaired or new product to the Buyer. Seller agrees to rule on the complaint within 30 days from date of receipt.
The Seller is obliged to decide whether a complaint immediately, in more complex cases, within three working days. Complaint or eliminate product defects must be fitted within 30 days from the date of the application without delay.
8. Returns
Products purchased on site www.eurocoinsshop.eu can be returned for any reason within 14 days of its receipt. The products can be returned only in intact and in good condition. The Buyer is obliged to deliver products within that period to the address of the Seller with the request, order number and original invoice. The payment will be returned to the Buyer's account within 15 days since the date of termination. Shipping and other charges relating to the dispatch of the products shall be borne by the Seller. The costs of returning goods shall be borne by the Buyer only if the product conforms to quality requirements and is not defective.
9. Security and Privacy
E-shop www.eurocoinsshop.eu does not collect any personal data that could identify a specific person, except of voluntarily registration with the purpose of using the services. Any personal information identifying a particular person will not be transmitted or sold to third parties, except for that user will be alerted at the time of data collection. Safety is also guaranteed through professional solutions through e-commerce solution Prestashop.
To increase the security of www.eurocoinsshop.eu is directly integrated with the portal PayPal.
The actual version of e-shop does not collect any credit card information, accounts of their customers.
We reserve the right to perform analyzes of user behavior on the website. These analyzes include eg .: measurement of traffic, number of users pursuing a number of banners and click on the banner. These data are also available to individual advertisers in aggregate form.
At the user's request, personal data may be removed from the system, respectively. Each user can deregister itself and thus remove all personal data from the system.
Customer registration or order their consent to the processing of my personal data for the purposes of trade under the Act No.428 / 2002 Coll. out. on the protection of personal data and business conditions of the supplier.
10. Cookies
Out eshop is using cookies to ensure user comfort and better user experience. Remembering already filled data and use them in next steps is standard functionality of modern eshops. To fulfill EU Directive 2002/58/EC, we allow our customers to not accept using cookies. In case of not accepting, some pages and subpages will be not showed and funcionality of eshop can be limited.
11. Final Provisions
These terms and conditions apply as stated on the Seller's website on the day of sending the electronic order unless the parties agreed otherwise in writing. By sending the electronic order Buyer accepts this Agreement.
